We prioritize hiring survivors through our survivor care network, and create workplaces that are supportive, informed and designed to help survivors thrive long-term.

TRAINING

Talitha Coffee Roasters is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). We share our expert training with survivors to help them find, get, and keep jobs, at Talitha and beyond.

HOLISTIC SUPPORT

From housing to transportation, food to clothing, we work closely with our survivor care network to understand and support a holistically safe and sustainable re-entry for survivors.
