This rare lot from Finca Milán is meticulously crafted using a nitro-washed fermentation process that redefines depth and refinement.
Fermented in a bioreactor with fruit must and starter cultures under a nitrogen-purged atmosphere, this coffee undergoes precise control of temperature, pH, and Brix to unlock extraordinary flavor clarity. A slow, 30-day sun drying completes the process, yielding a luxurious cup that balances vibrant fruit notes, structured sweetness, and silky texture.

Merch: We are happy to accept returns on our wearable and non-wearable merch that is defective, unused, or damaged in transit. We would ask you to submit photos to online@talitha.com. We cannot accept returns on merch or gear that are used but in working order. All non Coffee purchases must be returned within 30 days of the date of sale.
Non-Coffee Products: We accept returns on non-coffee products that are broken, defective, damaged, or unused. We would ask that you submit photos to online@talitha.com. There are no returns for used gear. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items purchased online can only be returned through mail.
