Talitha Coffee Roasters Presents New Colombian Single Origin: Finca Milán

We’re excited to debut our latest roast, the Finca Milan. It features an innovative nitro washed fermentation process and notes of candied watermelon that brightens every sip.
SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Talitha Coffee today announced the release of its newest single-origin coffee, Finca Milán, a bright and fruit-forward Colombian light roast showcasing notes of candied watermelon, mango, and green apple. The limited-edition blend will debut at a special sampling event on November 15 at Talitha Coffee’s Bankers Hill location at 2550 Fifth Avenue, Suite 75.
What sets Finca Milán apart is its innovative Nitro Washed fermentation process, an emerging method that infuses nitrogen during fermentation to enhance sweetness, preserve clarity, and elevate the coffee’s natural tropical notes. The process, pioneered at Colombia’s acclaimed Finca Milán farm, represents a new frontier in post-harvest coffee innovation.
Talitha’s Finca Milán coffee was named a Finalist in the Global Coffee Awards held September 29-30 in Texas, earning a top spot in the Espresso Single-Origin Experimental category.

The Finca Milán Debut Event on November 15 will feature tastings, brew how-tos, and insights into the Nitro Washed process led by Talitha’s roasting team.
