High in the volcanic mountains of Nariño, Colombia, 70 smallholder producers cultivate El Rosal across the communities of La Unión, Cartago, and San Lorenzo. Grown at elevations of 1,850–2,200 meters, the coffee benefits from the region’s cool climate and mineral-rich soils, allowing its fruit to mature slowly and develop exceptional sweetness and complexity.
After being carefully harvested by hand, the coffee is pulped, fermented for 60–80 hours, and sun-dried on patios and raised beds. This meticulous washed process produces an elegant and expressive cup with juicy notes of ripe mango and tangerine, complemented by the delicate finish of black tea.
We do not offer returns on Coffee because it is a perishable product. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy. If you are unhappy with the coffee please contact us at orders@talitha.com and we will help you find a replacement or offer you a refund.
